Here at Concert Homes, we are proud to share that we have been awarded the New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) accreditation
This exhibits our commitment to delivering a high level of service for the whole home buying process from your initial enquiry and through your warranty period following purchase.
The NHQB is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that was established in 2022 with the purpose of developing a new framework that will oversee reforms in the regulation of the build quality of new homes and the levels of customer service received by buyers. A New Homes Ombudsman Service has been set up, as well as a new four-part industry code of practice – the New Homes Quality Code which provides clear guidelines for developers to work against.
The New Homes Quality Code replaces the previous Consumer Code for Home Builders and emphasises transparency by setting out minimum standards required to make certain that developers provide clear and detailed information to avoid mis-selling, misleading information, or any high-pressure sales tactics, increasing protection for customers.
We have confirmed that our policies comply with the principles of the code and our team has completed training, ensuring that we always act responsibly, fairly, and respectfully.
Our Managing Director Laurie Lane said:
I am delighted we at Concert Homes have been awarded the New Homes Quality Board accreditation. It is a testimony to the hard work of the team and our existing commitment to a high-quality customer journey that we are capable of meeting their exacting standards.
