Concert Homes has completed on the purchase of land at Deane Golf Course, off Armadale Road in Bolton.
Bolton based land promoter, Ascalon Properties, secured outline planning permission in December of last year for 14 executive homes and Concert now aims to submit plants for in the coming weeks for high specification four and five bed homes ranging between 1,500 to 2,300 square foot. The sale was managed by agent John Broadbent of Broadbent consulting.
This acquisition will be the sixth development for Concert Homes in their growing portfolio and will follow the current Church Croft scheme at Weeton for 44 homes and the Scholars’ Chase development at Inskip for 30 homes.
The Concert team has expanded during 2022 with additions to the growing sales and marketing team, along with the appointment of John Beardsell as Head of Land. John has been with Concert Homes for 7 months having worked in the industry for over 20 years in land and planning roles for developers, most recently holding senior positions at Elan Homes and Gleeson Developments.
